» laser tag hell
[ the laser tag place is bigger than he'd thought it was going to be. after one too many video game sessions turned impromptu wrestling matches, nabe had decided a date to let off a little of the obnoxious bickering tension even kazuya will admit has been a little more than usual was in order. (he'd said something about thinking about paintball, but getting a booking was a hassle.) the place nabe has picked is nice, though, which he figures is probably what he should have expected of nabe, he doesn't do things like research by halves.
it's a weekend, though, so there's a ton of preteens in the place, young enough kuramochi's rough mouth and sharp video game skills are super impressive. they're giving him an ego, kazuya can see his head getting bigger from here. here, of course, being the stupid staging area right before they get dragged in for safety talk and double checking equipment.
he leans against nabe a little, raising his voice at kuramochi. ] Yoichi~! Wanna make a wager?
[ he turns his head to talk into nabe's ear before kuramochi can even answer. ] I bet we can take him if we work together, don't you? [ and grins,at nabe and then kuramochi in turn. ]

Then again, Miyuki lived for challenges and annoying people, so he resigns himself to his fate as the corners of his lips quirk a little upwards, chuckling. Well, it'd be fun to see what they could end up with this game, especially since he's pretty sure they're going to keep going at each other for a while. Luckily, this isn't soccer.]
Sounds fun. [He says, agreeing to either the wager or the team work, both really fits right about now.]

Oh yeah? What are you gonna bet on, huh?

Nabe? Thoughts?

The one with the least amount of points does all the chores for the week.
[That's a higher stake involved after all, though he supposed adding reasons for them to be more competitive isn't necessary. Still, games like this is a lot more fun when they're being challenged, himself included.]
How about that?

Sounds like a great idea. I ain't gonna lose!
[it's obvious who kuramochi's going to target for that, and he's not going to bother hiding it.]

Just remember... shooting only, no wrestling moves, Yo-i-chi, they said it in the safety thing and everything!
[ He glances at Nabe. ] Truce until we've got him on the run?
no subject
[He agrees, though knowing them... they'd probably target each other before tagging him. That means Nabe's job would be to try to minimize the number of kids chasing down Miyuki.
He takes a glance at Kuramochi's mini army to confirm. Yup, that's his job all right.]
Speaking of safety, don't play too rough, both of you.

Hey you guys. If you can beat those two up in the laser tag, I'll treat you guys to lunch.
[ yeah, he's going to get the kids to team up with him. ]

Me? Play rough? Nabe, I'm always a good sport.
[ He rolls his eyes. ] General Kuramochi finally has people less mature than he is to boss around, huh?
[ It's like he wants to lose. ]
